My partner and I stayed at Pellcroft Cottage for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location was lovely, with a shop just a 5-minute walk away. The welcome pack left for us on arrival was a delightful surprise, filled with bacon, eggs, bread, butter. The cottage itself was incredibly cozy, perfect for staying in during stormy weather. We enjoyed a beautiful walk along the cliffs, admiring the stunning views. it was one of the most amazing places we've stayed, with every essential provided and thoughtful details throughout. We'll definitely be back.
Would recommend this hotel.

Loved the thoughtful extras provided in the cottage, such as breakfast items, coffee pods, and bathroom essentials. It felt like home from the moment we walked in. the owner was welcoming and gave us useful information about the area, local shops, and places to eat. She even offered us a tour of another apartment on the property. - the tranquil and peaceful surroundings were just what we needed for a relaxing getaway.
Most of the restaurants in the area were closed on Mondays. It would have been nice to have more dining options.

The cottage was a fantastic find for our weekend getaway. the owner had thought of everything, from providing breakfast supplies to small toiletries. We especially loved the big garden where our dog could run around. the location was also perfect, with easy access to the local area and the Peak District. We were able to explore the beautiful countryside and enjoy stunning views.
This meant that our daughter had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa for the first night. the hosts were quick to rectify the situation and provided an excellent quality air bed for the second night.

I had the most delightful stay at a charming cottage in a picturesque location. The owner, Sarah, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival, I was surprised and grateful to find breakfast essentials like eggs, bacon, bread, milk. Sarah even went the extra mile and left a bottle of wine, a bottle of beer, and some chocolate in the fridge as a special treat. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee with the help of the fantastic coffee machine and milk frother provided. The bathroom was well-stocked with lovely shampoo, conditioner, and sleep spray. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The cottage also had a beautiful garden with a seating area, perfect for enjoying a drink on a nice evening. The kitchen had everything I needed, just like home. There was a convenient Co-op and a cozy pub/park within a short walk. And let's not forget the breathtaking views of the Marsden moors, which were only a 23-minute drive away. my stay at this cottage was simple, friendly, relaxing, and exactly what I was looking for. I can't wait to return soon. Thank you, Sarah, for the wonderful experience.

As young holiday goers, we loved the peaceful location, beautiful countryside views, and the attentive and welcoming host, Sara. The cottage was cozy and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like a well-stocked fridge, fluffy robes, and a bookcase full of entertainment options. The bathroom had a wide range of toiletries, including vegan shampoo and conditioner that left my hair shiny and smelling great. We also appreciated the welcome book with recommendations for dog-friendly walks, nearby pubs, and takeaways that deliver. Sara made us feel at home and even offered a reduced price for our next visit.
Felt very well, nothing too much trouble.
